Clipper Magazine Stadium, located in the middle of the James Street Improvement District, opened on May 11, 2005. The stadium's seating capacity is 6,500 not including general admissions seating available in the outfield. Because of its central location, the stadium is easily accessible to downtown Lancaster, the Amtrak Train Station and to other public transportation routes. Parking in designated Stadium lots is free for everyone attending the games. More information about parking can be found on the Lancaster Barnstormers' website. In addition to games, the stadium hosts other events such as concerts and movie nights.
